1. What is Designers Home’s payment policy?
Designers Home’s payment policy requires percentage-based payment structure, whereby an established amount of deposit is paid upfront before the work begins, and the balance is due at the completion of the project.
2. What will our project cost?
Every individual project cost differs depending on every individual client’s specific needs and preferences with their design fee budget. Designers Home will produce a proposal including the full quotation and design fees within the desired budget.
3. Can Designers Home work within my budget?
Yes. We will work and plan according to client’s priorities for the space and how their budget can best fit in and fulfill client needs, whatever that budget may be.
4. Does Designers Home charge for consultation fees?
No. Once client have confirmed and decide to appoint us as their personal interior designers, consultation services are automatically included in the whole design process without additional charges.
5. I can’t decide if I like the design. Do I still have to pay for it?
Yes. There is a need of trust from both parties to ensure maximum satisfaction throughout the design process, once client decide to appoint us as personal interior designers, an amount of deposit need to be paid upfront before proceeding to the next step.
